Christians Encounter Christ (CEC) is a Catholic movement within the Archdiocese of Omaha. The CEC weekend is introduced in a highly structured three-day weekend experience, beginning on Friday evening and ending on Sunday night.

The CEC Movement believes that Christianity can penetrate all areas of the secular world, living, growing, and transferring Christ’s values to society.

The CEC Weekend is a personal and communal encounter with Christ through the Holy Spirit which leads to a lifelong relationship with God by living a method of ongoing spiritual growth and evangelization of our Catholic faith.
